Side Quest Complete LLC sells vintage, used, retro, and collectible merchandise. The condition, age, and characteristics of each item are described to the best of our ability at the time of listing. Due to the nature of vintage and pre-owned goods, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or issue refunds except in the limited circumstances described below.
No Returns & No Refunds
- All purchases are final at the time of checkout
- We do not accept returns for any reason including change of mind, buyer's remorse, or duplicate purchase
- Refunds will not be issued for items that match their listed description and condition
- Sealed, graded, and limited-edition items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances
Item Not as Described
We stand behind the accuracy of our listings. In the rare event that an item is materially different from its listed description (e.g., wrong item shipped, significant undisclosed damage), you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sidequestcompletellc@gmail.com with your order number and photos documenting the issue. We will review each claim individually and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement, store credit, or partial refund.
Damaged in Shipping
- If your item arrives damaged due to carrier mishandling, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging
- We will work with you to file a carrier claim and resolve the issue
- Side Quest Complete LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, losses, or damage beyond our control once the item has been handed to the carrier
Chargebacks & Disputes
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is a violation of this policy. We reserve the right to contest any chargeback with documentation of the sale, listing description, and shipping confirmation. Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Condition Disclosure
All items are graded and described using standard collector terminology: Poor, Fair, Good, Near Mint, Mint. Cards and comics are additionally graded on a 1–10 numeric scale (1–2 = Poor, 3–4 = Fair, 5–6 = Good, 7–8 = Near Mint, 9–10 = Mint). Vintage and pre-owned items may show age-appropriate wear consistent with their listed grade. By purchasing, you agree that you have read and accepted the item's listed condition. Minor cosmetic imperfections consistent with the listed grade do not constitute grounds for a return or refund.
